Run a full NOC. Solo.

Enterprise-grade network visibility — discovery, correlated alerting, live topology, SLA and incident tracking — without the enterprise NOC team.

Drop one agent per site and SoloNOC maps every device, dedupes the noise, and pages you only when it matters — on your phone, your Apple Watch, or your clients’ white-labeled portal.

SoloNOC network dashboard showing 6 monitored sites with health scores, alert status, and device counts across multiple locations

It's 2am. Your phone buzzes.

The router at the warehouse just went down — and it took thirty “device unreachable” alerts down with it. You're the only one on call. You fumble for your laptop, VPN in, ssh to the device, and start guessing which of the thirty alerts is the actual problem.

SoloNOC already knew. It correlated the storm to one root cause, suppressed the symptom noise, and sent you exactly one critical alert with the failing device and a pre-approved fix attached.

You tap the notification on your Watch, confirm the remediation, watch the site go green, roll over, and go back to sleep.

That's the difference between monitoring and a NOC.

Everything a NOC does. None of the headcount.

Not bloated enterprise software you fight for a quarter to deploy. Not a hobby script that falls over at 2am. The full operational loop — discover, watch, correlate, page, fix, report — built to be run by one person.

Know what's on your network

One agent per site — a Pi or a VM — discovers every device via SNMP, ping, and ARP. Full inventory in minutes, zero installs on the devices themselves.

Alerts that earn your attention

Deduplication and correlation rules collapse an alert storm into one root cause. Critical pages break through Do Not Disturb; warnings wait for morning.

See the blast radius

A live topology map with device dependencies, so when the core switch drops you see what's actually down — not fifty ghosts behind it.

Prove you kept the lights on

SLA dashboards, incident timelines, uptime reports, and postmortems — the paper trail that answers the boss (or the client) before they ask.

Fix it from your wrist

Pre-approve safe runbook actions, then trigger them from your phone or Apple Watch the moment an alert fires. No laptop, no VPN, no 2am ssh.

Every client, one pane

Running an MSP? The MSP portal rolls all clients into one view, with white-labeled, client-shareable dashboards under your brand — not ours.

Pricing you can predict in your head

One flat plan per organization. No per-sensor spreadsheets, no per-device meter, no surprise line items when the network grows.

The questions an engineer actually asks

How long does setup really take?

Install one agent per site on any Linux box, Raspberry Pi, or VM. It makes an outbound HTTPS connection, auto-discovers the network, and your dashboard starts filling in within minutes. No SNMP walking by hand, no sensor-by-sensor configuration to get started — tune thresholds later if you want.

Will this work behind NAT / without opening firewall ports?

Yes. The SoloNOC agent initiates an outbound HTTPS connection to solonoc.com. No inbound ports, no VPN, no firewall changes required.

Do I need to install anything on every device?

No. One agent per site (runs on any Linux machine, a Raspberry Pi, or a VM) discovers and monitors every device on that network via SNMP, ping, and ARP. Zero-touch on the monitored devices.

What happens when I exceed my site limit?

Adding a new site beyond your plan limit shows an upgrade prompt. Existing sites keep monitoring. Nothing is silently dropped.

How does it compare to PRTG / Zabbix / Auvik?

PRTG starts at $200/month, billed annually, for 500 sensors (Paessler's pricing page, September 2026). Zabbix is free but requires a weekend to set up and a Linux admin to maintain. Auvik bills per discovered device on quoted pricing and is designed for MSP teams. SoloNOC starts at flat organization pricing, installs in 5 minutes, and is built for lean IT teams and MSPs who want a real NOC without the enterprise rollout.

Is SoloNOC a replacement for PagerDuty / OpsGenie?

Partially. SoloNOC handles the monitoring AND the alerting for lean IT teams that don't need heavyweight multi-user escalation chains. If your organization runs a large NOC with a full on-call rotation, keep PagerDuty. If your team is small, SoloNOC replaces both tools at a fraction of the cost.

Will it keep up as we grow — more sites, more clients, more devices?

Yes. Pro covers 50 sites and 1,000 devices; Enterprise covers 250 sites and 5,000 devices — published ceilings, not a meter that bills you per device. Alert correlation, escalation policies, the MSP portal, and the REST API + webhooks exist precisely so the platform scales past the point where one person can eyeball a dashboard. Add a site by adding an agent — nothing else changes.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It's your network data. Cancel anytime from the in-app billing page — no phone calls, no retention agents — and request a full export, delivered within 48 hours.
